- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Zucchini - 2 medium
- Marinara sauce - 100 grams (low sugar)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 meatballs, about 25 grams each, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zoodles.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the zoodles and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
