Ingredients

  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices
  • Cooked turkey breast - 200 grams, sliced
  • Crispy bacon - 4 slices
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of toasted bread and mustard on the other 2 slices.
