  • canned tuna (in water) - 1 can (150g)
  • gluten-free tortilla - 2 large
  • Greek yogurt - 4 tablespoons
  • dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • celery - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • dill pickles - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • cherry tomatoes - 100g, halved
  • avocado - 1 small, sliced

Steps

  1. Open the can of tuna and drain excess water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, chopped celery, red onion, dill pickles, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Lay out the gluten-free tortillas on a clean surface.
  4. Place 2 large lettuce leaves on each tortilla as a base.
  5. Spoon the tuna salad mixture evenly onto the lettuce on each tortilla.
  6. Top the tuna salad with halved cherry tomatoes and avocado slices.
