- canned tuna (in water) - 1 can (150g)
- gluten-free tortilla - 2 large
- Greek yogurt - 4 tablespoons
- dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- celery - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- dill pickles - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- lettuce leaves - 4 large
- cherry tomatoes - 100g, halved
- avocado - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- Open the can of tuna and drain excess water.
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, chopped celery, red onion, dill pickles, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
