  • celery, finely chopped - 1 stalk (approx. 50g)
  • red onion, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon (5g)
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g)
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g)
  • cucumber, sliced into rounds - 1 medium (approx. 200g)
  • cherry tomatoes, halved - 4 pieces (approx. 50g)
  • capers - 1 tablespoon (15g)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped celery, red onion, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds and place them on a serving platter.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the tuna salad mixture onto each cucumber round.
