  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion - 2, finely sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Avocado - 1, diced
  • Cooked brown rice - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Nori sheets - 1, cut into strips
  • Cherry tomatoes - 6, halved

  3. Once the tuna has marinated, divide the cooked brown rice equally between two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl of rice with the marinated tuna, followed by the diced cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, sliced radishes, and green onions.
