- Frozen peas - 100 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Diced onion - 1/2 medium (about 50 grams)
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup (30 grams)
- Parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, gluten-free cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta to the tuna mixture and stir until everything is evenly combined.
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the gluten-free breadcrumbs and toast them until golden brown, stirring frequently, about 3-4 minutes.
