  • Coconut water - 50ml
  • Fresh mint leaves - 10g, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Honey or agave syrup - 1 tablespoon (15ml), optional

Steps

  1. Prepare all the fruits by peeling and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi, papaya, and banana.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut water, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
