- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- White fish fillets (e.g., cod or tilapia) - 200g
- Corn tortillas - 2, cut into strips
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lime, juiced - 1 lime
- Avocado, diced - 1/2 fruit
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons (optional)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, and cook for another 3 minutes until softened.
