  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baguette - 1 small (about 200 grams)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Chop the fresh tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  3. Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomatoes.
  4. Mince the garlic and add it to the tomato and basil mixture.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the mixture, then season with salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
  7. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
