- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Low-sodium soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 120°C (250°F).
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the dry rub.
- Rub the olive oil over the ribs, then generously apply the dry rub mixture on all sides of the ribs.
