  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Ground pork - 200 grams
  • Pork fat - 100 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 50 milliliters

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and pork fat.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, and chopped parsley to the meat mixture.
  3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and water, then mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into sausage links or patties, depending on your preference.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the sausage for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
  7. Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
