- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 150 grams
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Black beans, drained and rinsed - 100 grams
- Jalapeños, sliced - 50 grams
- Tomato, diced - 1 medium
- Red onion, diced - 1/4 medium
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Guacamole - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef.
- Cook the beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- On a baking sheet, spread out the gluten-free tortilla chips evenly.
- Layer the cooked ground beef over the chips, followed by black beans, diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, and both cheeses.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot with dollops of sour cream and guacamole on the side.
