- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Cooked jasmine rice - 300 grams
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in half of the teriyaki sauce for about 10 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell pepper, julienning the carrot, and separating the broccoli into florets.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
