- Honey - 30 grams
- Rice vinegar - 15 ml
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
