  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooked jasmine rice - 300 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate them in the teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
