Ingredients

  • beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • soy sauce - 60 ml
  • honey - 30 ml
  • rice vinegar - 15 ml
  • garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • green onions - 2, chopped
  • bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks
  • zucchini - 1, sliced
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water)

Steps

  1. Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and black pepper to create the marinade.
