Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Teriyaki sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, brush the remaining 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over the patties to glaze them.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.
  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, adding lettuce, a beef patty, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite side.
