Ingredients

  • tempeh - 200 grams

  • whole grain bread - 4 slices
  • romaine lettuce - 4 leaves
  • tomato - 1 large, sliced
  • avocado - 1/2, sliced
  • black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
