- Gluten-free cream of mushroom soup - 1 cup (240 ml)
- Milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Frozen tater tots - 300 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 cup (60 grams)
- Onion, diced - 1/4 cup (40 grams)
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the gluten-free cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the beef mixture into a small baking dish (about 20 cm x 20 cm).
- Evenly spread the frozen tater tots over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
