  • Tandoori masala - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori masala, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix well, ensuring each wing is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the wire rack, making sure they are spaced apart.

  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve the tandoori chicken wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
