- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
