- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Diced tomatoes - 100 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced jalapeños - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, and egg. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove the pizza crust from the oven and evenly spread the beef mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture and return the pizza to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and top with sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
- Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
