  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vegan pie crust - 1 (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks, then boil them in water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
