- Canned chickpeas - 120 grams, drained and rinsed
- Tahini - 2 tablespoons

- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the sweet potato, then cut it into cubes.
- Spread the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove the roasted sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
