  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin strips, about 1 cm wide.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato strips with olive oil, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
