Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce (sugar-free) - 100 grams
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni) - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then boil them in a pot of water for about 15 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the almond flour, egg, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the sweet potato mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza crust approximately 1/2 inch thick.
