Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 2-3mm thick) using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until the slices are evenly coated.
  4. Lay the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not overlapping.
