Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 2-3mm thick) using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato slices with olive oil, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss until the slices are evenly coated.
