Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes, then toss them in a bowl with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
