  • Coconut flour - 30 grams

  • Coconut oil (melted) - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond milk - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potato, then steam until tender, about 15 minutes. Once cooked, mash it in a bowl until smooth.
