Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the sweet potatoes, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat evenly.
