Ingredients

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the tofu from the skillet and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
