  • Pineapple chunks - 100 grams (canned or fresh)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • Green onions - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
