Ingredients

  • Sunflower seeds - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried cranberries - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sunflower seeds, almond flour, sea salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey together over low heat, stirring until well combined.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries until distributed throughout the mixture.
