- Vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Basil - 2 tablespoons, fresh, chopped

Steps
- In a medium pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add the orzo pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
- While the orzo cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
