- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Drizzle olive oil on the mushroom caps and place them on a lined baking sheet, gill side up.
- Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
