  • Large Portobello mushrooms - 2
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on the mushroom caps and place them on a lined baking sheet, gill side up.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
