Ingredients

  • Large Portobello mushrooms - 4

  • Cooked bacon - 50 grams, chopped

  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems; set the caps aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped bacon, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down lightly to secure the filling.
