- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Panko breadcrumbs - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Wash the jalapeño peppers, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membranes carefully.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro until well blended.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
