  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Panko breadcrumbs - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Wash the jalapeño peppers, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membranes carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro until well blended.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed jalapeños.
