- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- green onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- egg - 1 large
- panko breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 tablespoons, for cooking
- burger buns - 2, kosher
- lettuce leaves - 2
- tomato - 1, sliced
- avocado - 1/2, sliced
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, egg, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
