- canned chickpeas - 1 can (400g)
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas, olive oil, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
