Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 (10-inch)
  • Ricotta cheese - 200 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked spinach with ricotta cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese until combined.
