- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
