- Fresh spinach - 200 grams
- Eggs - 3 large
- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Grated Swiss cheese - 100 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and fresh spinach to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
