Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
