Ingredients

  • Milk - 120 milliliters
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Pre-made pie crust - 1 small (9-inch)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and fresh spinach to the skillet, cooking until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
