- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 75 grams, shredded
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
