  • Canned artichoke hearts - 120 grams, drained and chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise - 30 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
