- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Mayonnaise - 30 grams
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams, shredded
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
