Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 75 grams, shredded
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese over the spinach.
