- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
