Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Spinach (fresh) - 150 grams
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, then microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted and combined.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and knead until fully combined.
  5. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to shape it into a pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. While the crust is baking, sauté the fresh spinach in a pan over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the crust.
  9. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the spinach.
