- Almond flour - 1 cup

- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Spinach (fresh) - 150 grams
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 100 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, then microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted and combined.
- In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, baking powder, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a dough.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and knead until fully combined.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your hands to shape it into a pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, sauté the fresh spinach in a pan over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the sautéed spinach evenly over the crust.
