  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Prepare all the vegetables: wash and chop the broccoli, slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and slice the zucchini.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil to make the stir-fry sauce.
