- Firm tofu - 200 grams, cubed
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli - 150 grams, cut into florets
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Snow peas - 100 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and pour in soy sauce and Sriracha sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
