Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 200 grams, cubed
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli - 150 grams, cut into florets
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and pour in soy sauce and Sriracha sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
