  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon (15g)
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon (5g)
  • Celery (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Red onion (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon (15g)
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons (10g)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Avocado (diced) - 1 medium (150g)

Steps
